So I downloaded the Android version of Kodi, decompiled it, added a bunch of plugins, a skin and special configuration.
I then re-compiled it, signed it, and uploaded it to my site for you guys to download.
In the good old days, you could just download it and install it and all would be fine but Kodi made changes to prevent "piracy".>
Those changes include disabling ALL PLUGINS when they haven't been installed y the currently running instance.
Google also has some settings to make it harder for you to install "unapproved" apps
I have found a way to circumvent Kodi's protection but there are a lot of steps to follow. They are very easy steps so don't worry.
